The Fine Cheese Company’s Toast for Cheese are made with around 60% fruits, nuts and seeds for a sweet and nutty accompaniment for your favourite cheeses. We love this variety with dates, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds, which pairs deliciously with our soft and creamy cheeses. Dates, Hazelnuts & Pumpkin Seeds:


For lush creamy cheeses such as Baron Bigod, Brie de Meaux and Vacherin Mont D'Or.

Ingredients: Buttermilkwheat flour, chopped dates 29%, hazelnuts 16%, pumpkin seeds 14%, honey, extra virgin olive oil, soft brown sugar, whole milk powder, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, sea salt.  

 



Apricots, Pistachios & Sunflower Seeds:


For delicate goat's milk cheeses such as Dorstone and Driftwood.

Ingredients: Buttermilkwheat flour, dried apricots 30% (sulphites), sesame seeds 19%, pistachio nuts 6%, honey, soft brown sugar, extra virgin olive oil, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, sea salt, sunflower seeds 0.5%, natural flavouring.

 

Cherries, Almonds & Linseeds:

For rich blue cheeses such as Colston Bassett Stilton, Dorset Blue Vinny and Picos de Europa.

Ingredients: Buttermilkwheat flour, glace cherries 20% (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrates: carrot, radish, blackcurrant, acidity regulator: citric acid), almonds 14% dried sweetened cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), linseeds 11%, honey, lemon juice concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, sea salt, natural flavouring.

 

Quinces, Pecans & Poppy Seeds:

For soft creamy sheep's milk cheeses such as Norfolk White Lady and Wigmore.

Ingredients: Buttermilkwheat flour, glace cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrates: carrot, radish, blackcurrant, acidity regulator: citric acid), membrillo quince paste 17% (quince fruit, sugar, lemon juice), pecan nuts 15%, dried apple pieces, quince concentrate 3%, honey, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, poppy seeds 1%, natural flavouring.

 

None of these varieties are suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

A taste of Dorset

I bought this for our friends in Surrey and all 3 loved the Dorset Vinny and the crackers that were recommended to go with it. Thank you. One made a blue cheese dressing the other 2 ate with the crackers. Delicious were their words.
