If you’re a fan of nutty sheep’s milk cheeses, you’re in for a treat! Our sheep’s milk cheese selection contains three incredible cheeses from Britain, France and Spain. We have also included the ideal crackers to serve them with, Peter's Yard original sourdough crisp breads.
Spenwood is a British hard cheese reminiscent of Italian Pecorino. Sweet and slightly nutty, it is perfect for grating over pasta or risotto as well as enjoying by the slice. From the French Basque Country, Brebis Napoleon is another hard ewe’s milk cheese. Its flavour is sweet and nutty with fresh grassy tones. Our third cheese, Manchego, is one of Spain’s most famous and best-loved. This “semi curado” variety is moister and fresher than longer-aged “curado”, with a flavour reminiscent of dried fruits and roasted nuts More information (including allergens) >
