These Swedish style sourdough crispbreads (or knäckebröd) are the perfect partner for any cheese. We love to slather them with soft cheese or top them with a crumbly blue. Created by Peter Ljungqvist, Peter’s Yard sourdough crispbreads started out in a Skånegård bakery deep in the Swedish countryside. Now baked here in the UK, the team faithfully follow the original Swedish recipe. Their sourdough is fed daily and allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is baked.
Milk, rye, wheat, wholemeal flour. May also contain nuts.
