Entertaining friends and family this December or hosting celebrations on New Year's Eve? Treat your guests to some gourmet grazing with our party platters! Designed to satisfy 4–6 guests, both options contain three cheeses that pair beautifully with Champagne and other sparkling wines.

Aged Comté and extra mature Gouda both provide sweetness and nuttiness while our semi-curado Manchego delivers delicious fruity notes. Both platters also contain authentic Italian cherry peppers stuffed with goat’s cheese and our moreish handmade Slate Pickles. A selection of Alpine charcuterie and Mør Rye and Buttermilk Snap Crackers completes our cheese and charcuterie option, while our cheese only option includes 25% more cheese and Peter's Yard Sourdough Crispbreads.

Cheese - Ingredients: Cheese (milk).  
 
Casalinga Cherry Peppers With Goats Cheese In Oil: Ingredients: Cherry peppers 39%, sunflower oil 36%, goats cheese (milk) 22%, salt, sugar, white wine vinegar, acidity regulator: lactic acid.  
 
Peter's Yard Original Sourdough Crackers - Ingredients: Milk, rye flour, wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), sourdough 12% (rye flour, water), wholemeal wheat flour, honey, salt.
 
Mør Rye and Buttermilk Snap Crackers - Ingredients: Wheat flour, dark rye flour 49%, buttermilk 8%, corn oil, sea salt, whole milk powder, yeast, caraway seeds.
 
Alpine charcuterie selection (Villani Salumi Antipasto Delle Alpi): Ingredients: Bresaola: beef, salt, dextrose, natural flavours, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. Speck: pork, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavours, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate. Salame fumé: pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, spices, natural flavours, wine, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite.

Tasting notes

Comté Vieux AOC is made using rich raw milk from cows which graze the Jura mountains pastures and is matured for 18 months.

Weydeland VSOC Gouda, from the Woerden region of Holland, is aged for 1000 days to develop its sweet and nutty caramel taste.

Manchego, the tapas classic, is made from the raw milk of Spanish Manchego sheep in La Mancha.

Casalinga Cherry Peppers with Goat’s Cheese, from Puglia, combine the sweetness and heat of peppers (pepperoncini) with rich and creamy goat’s cheese.

Peter's Yard Original Sourdough Crispbreads are made with sourdough and baked until crisp and golden.

Mør Rye and Buttermilk Snap Crackers are crisp and rugged Norwegian crackers.

The Alpine charcuterie selection includes lean Bresaola beef, beech-wood smoked speck, and smoked salami seasoned with juniper and rosehip.
