Our East Anglian cheese selection contains three very special cheeses made not far from Slate in surrounding Suffolk and Norfolk. Choose this selection to enjoy cheddar-style Norfolk Dapple, luxurious Baron Bigod and flavoursome Binham Blue and elevate the deliciousness with a pairing of Bolney Estate's Lychgate Red.

Tasting notes

Norfolk Dapple is a rich Cheddar-style cheese produced at Ferndale Cheeses in Barningham, Norfolk. 
Baron Bigod is a soft Brie-style cheese made from raw milk at Fen Farm Dairy near Bungay, Suffolk.
Binham Blue is a blue cheese made by Mrs Temple at Copys Green Farm in Wighton, Norfolk.
