We deliver to England, Wales and mainland Scotland by next day courier for receipt on Tuesday to Friday. At checkout you will be asked to choose a delivery date. At the present time delivery charges of £5.95 will be applied to all orders (with exception of recurring cheese club subscriptions which include delivery). We do not routinely offer delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, to Northern Ireland or outside the UK. However, if you have a need in these areas please call us on 020 3603 4736 and we will seek to arrange delivery.
You can choose to collect your order from our Aldeburgh or Southwold shops. At checkout, please select your preferred location, date and time slot for collection.
Having placed your order you will receive an email from us confirming the details. We will then notify you by email when we have dispatched your order and you will also receive tracking details directly from our courier. All cheese is dispatched in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure it remains cold during transit. The cardboard box and insulated liner are both fully recyclable. The ice packs may be re-frozen and used again.
Please ensure you are available to take delivery of your cheese on the date chosen at checkout. Delivery will usually take place during normal business hours on the arranged date. Cheese is a perishable item and our packaging will keep it fresh during overnight transit however if it cannot be delivered on the arranged date we cannot assure its quality. On receipt, please unpack your cheese immediately and store it in a cool place, ideally a refrigerator. However, remember to take out your cheese a couple of hours before serving and allow it to warm to room temperature. Visit our journal for further tips on storing your cheese.
