Share your love of cheese on your big day with this colourful selection of British artisan cheeses. Every bride needs something blue so why not opt for one of the finest? Our favourite PDO Stilton, Colston Bassett, is creamy and mellow, making it the perfect base for a cheese wedding cake. The stunning green wheel on the second layer is Wild Garlic Cornish Yarg, a seasonal slightly crumbly cheese wrapped in foraged wild garlic leaves. Buttery Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar sits in the middle, its distinctive burgundy wax providing another wonderful splash of colour. This is followed by creamy Brie-style Baron Bigod, whose sublime bloomy white rind is protected by a wooden box for delivery. Finally, a Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar heart adds a charming and romantic finishing touch.

The Blyth cheese wedding cake weighs 4.2kg and will serve between 40 and 60 guests. The diameter of the base cheese, Colston Bassett, is 20cm. The cheeses are delivered unadorned, ready for assembly and for you to decorate with flowers, fruits or decorations that complement the bride’s bouquet or your wedding theme. Colston Bassett Stilton is an exceptional PDO Stilton handmade in Nottinghamshire.
Wild Garlic Cornish Yarg is produced by Lynher Dairies in Ponsanooth, Cornwall — best known for their nettle-wrapped Cornish Yarg.
Baron Bigod is a soft Brie-style cheese made from raw milk at Fen Farm Dairy near Bungay, Suffolk.
Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar is a rich and smooth Cheddar made in Bruton, Somerset.
