Made by a father and son team at Westcombe Dairy near Shepton Mallett, this PDO accredited artisan Cheddar has a fabulous earthy aroma and a deep complex flavour. Nicely packaged in greaseproof and a cardboard box. Full marks for not using plastic.

My first taste of Westcombe. Lovely flavour but milder than the usual West Country cheddars.
