Our East Anglian cheese selection contains three very special cheeses made not far from Slate in surrounding Suffolk and Norfolk. Choose this selection to enjoy cheddar-style Norfolk Dapple, luxurious Baron Bigod and flavoursome Binham Blue and elevate the deliciousness with a pairing of Bolney Estate's Lychgate Red.

For a truly exceptional wine and cheese feast or magnificent gift we have chosen this wine to perfectly complement the piquant flavours of Binham Blue. This medium-bodied wine has aromas of blackberry, black cherry and peppery spice with good acidity to refresh the palate after each mouthful of cheese.
