Deep and strong Double Barrel is produced by Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese. Created by maturing a small number of their flagship cheeses for between two to three years, its big flavours are balanced by sweet and fruity notes. Alongside this we have included a new cheese from the producers of Sparkenhoe Red Leicester. Sparkenhoe Blue is savoury with a satisfying dense texture and delicate blue veining. Read more

Double Barrel Poacher - From the makers of Lincolnshire Poacher, this extra mature version is bold with similarities to both an English Cheddar and French Comté. Aged between two and three years to become strong and savoury, Double Barrel Poacher packs a punch with deep pungent flavours offset by bright and fruity notes. Unpasteurised cow's milk / Traditional rennet.
    Sparkenhoe Blue - Made by the Clarke family in Leicestershire, best known for their Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, this Stilton-inspired cheese exhibits a dense texture and delicate blue veining. Deeply savoury, it is creamy with mellow blueing and has a flavoursome natural rind. Matured for 14 weeks, this cheese is pierced at around six weeks to trigger blue mould development. Unpasteurised cow's milk / Traditional rennet.
