The Lawless family started their specialist bakery in 2004, building a gluten free facility on their family farm in the West of Ireland. Ingredients: Buttermilk, gluten and wheat free flour (maize, rice, potato, tapioca, buckwheat), multiseeds (26%) (sunflower, pumpkin, linseeds), brown sugar, treacle, raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), stabilisers: xanthan gum, salt.
