Created by Peter Ljungqvist, Peter’s Yard sourdough crackers started out in a Skånegård bakery deep in the Swedish countryside. Now baked here in the UK, the team faithfully follow the original Swedish recipe. Their sourdough is fed daily and allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is baked.
