Made here in East Anglia by Flint Vineyard near Earsham, this English Bacchus is the perfect wine for those looking for an interesting twist on new-world Sauvignon Blanc. This wine displays many of the wonderful characteristics of Bacchus: fresh lime peel and lavender perfume underpinned by elderflower and a peppery spice. It is crisp yet refined making for a refreshing choice. Keeping it local with our East Anglian cheeses, this is a particularly delicious accompaniment for delicate St. Jude.
