Sarah Pettegree and her team at Pie HQ in Norfolk hand-make their award winning pies using free-range local pork and a secret blend of herbs and spices, encased in the most delicious biscuity hot water crust pastry. Top tip from Sarah herself is to enjoy them with a spoonful of fig chutney from Rosebud Preserves.

Bray's Cottage Onion Marmalade Pork Pies:
Pastry (450g pie) Ingredients: Flour (calcium, iron, vitamin B3, vitamin B1) (wheat), lard, soya flour, salt, sugar, E920.
 
Pastry (1200g pie) Ingredients: Flour (calcium, iron, vitamin B3, vitamin B1) (wheat), lard, salt, sugar
 
Onion marmalade filling Ingredients: pork, bacon (pork, salt, demerara sugar, E250, E252), rusk (wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), ammonium bicarbonate E503), salt, herbs and spices, onions, raw cane sugar, spiced vinegar (cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger), concentrated redcurrant juice, extra virgin olive oil, gelling agent: citrus pectin, concentrated lemon juice.
 
Glaze Ingredients: Dextrin, stabilizer.

Pastry (1200g pie) Ingredients: Flour (calcium, iron, vitamin B3, vitamin B1) (wheat), lard, salt, sugar
 
Fig & orange filling Ingredients: pork, bacon (pork, salt, demerara sugar, E250, E252), rusk (wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), ammonium bicarbonate E503), salt, herbs and spices, dried figs, orange zest, fig relish (figs (figs, rice flour), spiced vinegar (cider vinegar, cloves, allspice, black peppercorns, cinnamon), water, muscovado sugar, raw cane sugar, chillies, cinnamon).
 
Glaze - Ingredients: Dextrin, stabilizer.

Prepared in premises that handle gluten, milk, nuts, egg, peanuts, soybeans, mustard, and sulphur dioxide.
