Slate Chilli Jam is handmade by Kim, the head chef in our Aldeburgh kitchen. We were delighted when it won a Gold Great Taste Award in 2017, where the judges described it as “a really well-balanced chilli jam.” Neither too hot nor too sweet, Kim’s tomato-based recipe contains just enough chillies to deliver a moreish kick.
